Wildomar Neighborhoods and Areas
Clinton Keith Road Corridor
The southern part of Wildomar near Clinton Keith Road has many of the city’s newer subdivisions, close to I-15, shopping, and Inland Valley Medical Center, and a short drive to Murrieta and Temecula.
Bundy Canyon and East Wildomar
East of I-15 along Bundy Canyon Road you’ll find larger lots, ranch-style homes, and horse properties, plus newer neighborhoods on the hillsides with valley views.
West Wildomar and the Foothills
Toward the Santa Ana Mountains, west Wildomar offers custom homes and properties on acreage with a quiet, rural feel and quick access to trails and open space.
Central Wildomar
The older core of the city near Palomar Street and Grand Avenue has established homes on a range of lot sizes, many with no HOA, close to parks and Elsinore High School.

Outdoors and Open Space
The Santa Ana Mountains and Cleveland National Forest rise just west of town, with hiking and riding trails close by. Lake Elsinore is minutes to the north for boating and fishing, and the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve is a short drive south.
Room to Spread Out
Wildomar is one of the few places in the area where buyers can still find larger lots, horse properties, and homes without an HOA. Many rural properties use septic systems and some have private wells, so it’s important to inspect them carefully.
Schools
Most of Wildomar is served by Lake Elsinore Unified School District, including Elsinore High School, and some southern areas are served by Murrieta Valley Unified School District. Always confirm a home’s assigned schools directly with the district before you buy.
Commuting
Wildomar sits on I-15, with interchanges at Clinton Keith Road and Bundy Canyon Road. Murrieta and Temecula are about 10 to 15 minutes south, Corona and the 91 are about 30 minutes north, and San Diego is roughly an hour and a quarter without traffic.
Healthcare and Shopping
Inland Valley Medical Center is located in Wildomar, and shopping centers along Clinton Keith Road and nearby in Murrieta and Lake Elsinore cover most everyday needs.

Yes. Wildomar has many properties on larger lots, including horse properties and homes on acreage, especially in east and west Wildomar. Zoning and permitted animal uses vary by parcel, so confirm them with the City of Wildomar before you buy.
Many rural Wildomar properties use septic systems, and some have private wells, while most newer subdivisions are connected to sewer. If a home has a septic system or well, plan for a septic inspection and water testing during escrow.
Some of Wildomar’s newer subdivisions have Mello-Roos (Community Facilities District) assessments added to the property tax bill, while many older and rural properties do not. Review the property tax bill and preliminary title report before you make an offer.
